Shipping Policy
At ModeK Vetements, all orders are printed on demand and shipped directly from our production partners. Processing times may vary depending on the item and destination.
Order Processing Time
All items undergo a production and printing phase before they are dispatched.
- Processing Time: 2 to 5 business days.
- Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM (EST), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Destinations, Rates & Transit Times
Shipping costs are calculated transparently and shown clearly at checkout. Below are our flat-rate shipping options:
- United States
- Economy Shipping: 4 to 8 business days — $3.99 USD
- Standard Shipping: 2 to 5 business days — $4.75 USD
(For orders containing multiple items, incremental shipping fees apply and are fully itemized in your shopping cart before checkout.)
2. Canada
- Standard Canada Shipping: 7 to 14 business days — $7.50 CAD
(For multi-item orders, final precise rates are visibly calculated and displayed in your cart prior to payment.)
3. Rest of the World (International)
- Standard International Shipping: 10 to 20 business days. Rates vary by exact country zone starting from $9.99 USD and are fully visible in the checkout layout before entering payment details.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the link provided in the email or by checking our order tracking page.
Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. ModeK Vetements is not responsible for these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. However, if your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at info@modekvetements.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Address Errors and Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for resending the package.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please refer to our refund policy and contact us within 25 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
