At ModeK Vetements, all products are custom-made and printed on demand. Because items are uniquely made for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for an incorrect choice of size, color, or buyer’s remorse. All sales are final. Please double-check our size charts before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we provide a free replacement or a full refund.
To request a replacement or refund, please email us at info@modekvetements.com within 25 days of product delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs showing the issue or printing defect
Return Shipping & Fees
- Defective / Damaged Items: If a return or inspection is required for a defective product, ModeK Vetements will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email.
- Restocking Fees: There are absolutely $0 restocking fees for any defective or damaged items.
- Return Address: Please do not mail items back to the address printed on your shipping package.
Once your request is reviewed, we will email you the correct authorized return address.
Refund Processing Time
Once your photo proof or return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
