The Doppler effect is a physical phenomenon where the frequency of a wave changes as its source moves.

With the lavender lines widening and fanning out from Felix, it creates the impression that he is emitting sound while moving toward us. Felix thus seems to step right out of the frame, but these lines perform one more wonder: they evoke the heavy, immersive bass pulses so signature to Stray Kids' tracks.
